Serving the Fairbanks North Star Borough since 1980, Blanket Builders, Inc. is a family owned business that has been pioneering qualilty residential and commercial building, restoration and remodeling with a “Quality First” mentality for over 30 years. Because our projects are always built or remodeled with a minimum 5 Star rating, they easily qualify for Alaska Housing financing, rebates and special tax incentives. We take pride in being locally owned and operated, and relish the opportunity to improve the construction quality of the homes, hospitals and schools where our own children sleep, receive medical attention and learn.

    Bob is the President of Blanket Builders, Inc. and has been building, fixing, improving and inventing things since before he could walk. As a 30 year Fairbanks local, he has solidified his status of one of the most trusted, knowledgable and go to people in the local building circle through his reliance on integrity, workmanship and quality first mentality. Besides his love of craftsmanship, Bob also finds joy in speaking, teaching and being a mentor for the next group of Alaskan grown builders and contractors.

    Sherry is the beauty behind Blanket Builders, Inc. and relishes the role. When taking time out of her busy schedule of volunteering and board membership, she is often actively involved in the design process with current and future Blanket Builders projects. Her keen eye for new trends with a sensible approach ensures that your finished project will every bit of the dream space you had envisioned. In her spare time, Sherry enjoys family time with her grandchildren and volunteering at her local chapter.

    Justin is the muscle behind Blanket Builders, Inc. Constantly raising the bar between beauty and practical, Justin prides himself on ensuring that your project, small or big, will have the high end quality that is represented by the exterior finishing. With over 20 years experience of contracting knowledge and experience, Justin has built a reputation for quality of construction that is hard to match in the Fairbanks area. When not hard at working finishing projects on time and on budget, Justin enjoys his role as local high school hockey coach.

    As the marketing and finance director of Blanket Builders, Jason takes great pride in his knowledge and service skills. Typically the first person that new clients meet in the project process, his uncanny appetite for customer satisfaction is just the right amount of local knowledge and big city thinking. Constantly creating new ways to make a difference in the community, Jason brings that same mentality to Blanket Builders. When not buried in the office with paper work, Jason enjoys media design and photo taking.
